Mandi Manager ("the app") is built for traders to manage stock, bills and accounts. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
- Your account email and login, used to sign you in and sync your data across your devices.
- The stock, bill, cash book and ledger entries you type into the app.
- Subscription and payment status, so the app knows your plan is active. Payments themselves are handled by Razorpay — we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
How it's used
Your data is used only to run the app for you: signing in, syncing your records across devices, and checking your subscription. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Your records are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and protected so that only your account can read your data.
Your choices
You can export a backup of your data at any time from inside the app. To delete your account and data, email us and we'll process it within a reasonable time.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly through Razorpay, depending on the plan you choose.
Free trial
New accounts get a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can decide whether to continue before it ends.
Refund window
If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 24 hours of a payment and haven't meaningfully used the app in that period, email us for a full refund. Outside that window, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but your plan stays active until the period ends and won't auto-renew after you cancel.
How to request one
Email mandimanager.in@gmail.com with the email your account uses and the payment date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Using the app
Mandi Manager is licensed to you for managing your own business records. One subscription is meant for one shop's use.
Your data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the stock, bill and account entries you make. We provide backup tools, but keeping your own copies of important records is a good habit.
Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from inside the app, and access continues until the paid period ends.
Availability
We aim to keep the app and syncing available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Core features keep working offline; syncing resumes once you're back online.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app grows. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
